Previously, I founded Kwema, an IOT wearables company to save lives. In 2015 a friend of mine was kidnapped in Bolivia (my home country). Fortunately, she made it back to safety, however this was the spark that led me to advocate for personal safety since.
Although I exited Kwema a few years ago, the company is still operating successfully.
